This to the President and all those at the judicial helm of singapore.
For a court to indict a 17 year old boy on something you people know that even if he is guilty of the offence,he is still underaged and naive of it talkless claiming innocence and being a professional footballer one of whom we are looking forward to in capturing a glory that will set an historical record for us in 2010 world cup.A drug made in form of capsule being sent to a faked sick person by tochi. What if it is being sent by courier service and it is being detected,Would you have sentence to death the courier incorporation? What you’ve done shows that your constitution is a form of man-slaughter approved constitution which encourages cannibalism because if not,how would someone indicted for drug peddling be sentenced to death when he has not committed murder. What did we know about drug in the primitive ages, you western people brought all this to us and now you are using it to eliminate us.You just wasted the life of a promising superstar on the pretext of drug peddling accusation and you have his age group at home,do you pray to loose any of yours at that tender age he is supposed to be rising to glory in the world.Well, the worst you can do is what you have done and if truly IWUCHUKWU AMARA TOCHI is innocent of the offence, GOD above knows how to judge and someday your own children will travel out of your country shore and i pray they donot find themselves in Tochi’s shoe because only those that forgives can see the merciful and warm favour of the lord. All Nigerian youths mourn you,we miss you and continue to rest in the bossom chest of Almighty till we meet to part no more.

I am a Singaporean, and I hope the Singaporean government will take this seriously.

    - Capital Punishment is irrevisable. You cannot undo somebody’s death.
    - Capital Punishment does not allow one to change for the better. What about the mottos “Rehab, Renew, Restart”?
    - Commiting a crime as a punishment for another crime. Capital Punishment is murder. Murder is a crime.
    - Lives are valuable. When somebody dies, he cannot be replaced.

To the Singaporean government, I hope you will take this into consideration and hope that you will review laws as necessary.
